• Identify potential customers through networking and prospecting
• Build and maintain solid working relationships with new and existing clients
• Provide guidance and assist buyers and sellers in marketing and purchasing properties for the right price under the best terms
• Determine clients' needs and qualifications to propose solutions that work for them
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases
• Intermediate negotiations, consult clients on market conditions, prices, mortgages and legal requirements, ensuring a fair and honest transaction process
• Promote sales through advertisements, open houses and listing services
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• A valid TREC real estate license is necessary (we can help you get one!)
• Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
• Familiarity with local real estate market conditions and current real estate trends to best serve our local clients and communities
• Past sales experience preferred but not required
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and driven
