• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Have local knowledge of the community and market conditions to answer questions about potential homes, similar properties and the surrounding neighborhood
• Train to create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients
• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• A valid TREC real estate license is necessary (we can help you get one!)
• Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
• Familiarity with the local real estate market conditions and current real estate trends to best serve our local clients and communities
• Past sales experience preferred but not required
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and time management skills
• Highly self-motivated and driven
