Most forms of advertising require your audience to take some kind of action, like clicking an ad or driving to the store to take advantage of a sale. Door knocking doesn't actually require the person answering the door to take any action except listing to you. Think about how challenging it can be to get someone to take even the smallest action as the result of an advertisement. This is a major advantage!
We've identified the local hotspots, and we're seeking a dependable, outgoing sales representative to help us canvass these areas. If you're looking for real experience in the field, then this is the position for you!
• Seek out potential homebuyers and provide them with information on available properties that meet their needs and budget
• Seek out potential home sellers and provide them with information on comparable properties
• Follow up with prospects via email, phone, and other forms of communication to add them to the sales pipeline and generate qualified leads
• Create documents such as representation contracts, purchase agreements, closing statements, deeds and leases to ensure a smooth process for all clients
• Arrange open houses to introduce clients to their local real estate market
• Track monthly and quarterly performance and sales key metrics to ensure sales goals are met
• High school diploma required, bachelor's degree preferred
• A valid TREC real estate license is necessary (we can help you get one!)
• Valid U.S. driver's license with the ability to travel by car
• Familiarity with the local real estate market conditions and current real estate trends to best serve our local clients and communities
• Past sales experience preferred but not required
• Good organizational and time management skills
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Highly self-motivated and driven
